Supported by our structured management team, they have a comprehensive knowledge of the company's day-to-day operations, enabling them to make fully-informed decisions and resolve issues as they arise.

Conal Dempsey 
Managing Director, NZCLS

Conal has been Dempsey Wood's Managing Director since the company was founded in 1993. He pioneered the company's "hands-on" attitude and is actively involved in all aspects of the company's operations. Conal manages our projects from tendering through to completion and maintains direct involvement with our clients and partners.

Jeff Lowrey 
Commercial Director, NZCE (Civil), REA

Dempsey Wood's Commercial Director since 1995, Jeff’s leadership of commercial aspects of the business involves overseeing the tendering, project implementation and hand-over to the construction team.  He also works on cost management, works programming and resource scheduling.
