Delivery
At Dempsey Wood, we're committed to going the extra mile to deliver innovative, collaborative and quality outcomes that exceed the expectations of our clients and project stakeholders.
Key aspects of our delivery include:
Contract Management
Dempsey Wood has worked with all of the local authorities that now comprise the Auckland Council; along with private developers and other contracting companies.
We favour the approach of working in an honest and collaborative manner with our clients and partners and applying our expertise to devise best-for-project solutions.
Our proven project management system combined with the experience of our contract management team enables us to work within a variety of contract management structures, incuding Joint Ventures and the Design & Build, Early Contractor Involvement and Alliance models.
We source external expertise and resources to supplement our extensive in-house capabilities as required.
Risk Management
Implementation of the quality management system for each project commences with a Project Risk Analysis. The analysis identifies issues then ranks them using a qualitative system. A risk management plan is then generated which sets out these risks and nominates the most appropriate strategies to eliminate or minimise the identified risks.
Dempsey Wood has an exemplary track record in eliminating risks through innovative methodologies, high standards of workmanship and effective management of identified risk factors.
Stakeholder Liaison and Consents
Our works invariably affect local businesses / retailers and the local community. Dempsey Wood is proactive about establishing and maintaining effective stakeholder and public liaison relationships and have a proven track record in staging our works, maintaining accessways and implementing appropriate pedestrian and traffic management plans, that minimise the impact on our stakeholders.
Dempsey Wood has over ten years experience in compliance management and implements and monitors systems to ensure operational best practice is achieved. Our quality, safety and environmental management plans are successfully designed to incorporate ISO9001, ACC, OSH, ISO14001 procedures and standards.
