Environmental Works is the term we use to refer to the projects we undertake that are designed to enhance the environmental quality and restore ecological habitats in reserves, watercourses and land developments.

As an ISO14001-accredited company, our Environmental Management Plans are tailored to each project's specific requirements and clearly set out our best practice procedures for effectively controlling issues such as silt and sediment, noise, dust, spillage/contaminants, protection of our native flora/fauna and archaeological sites and remains.

Testimony to Dempsey Wood's commitment to our environmental projects are the recent awards received (2010 NZCF Environmental Excellence Award for $2m - $10m Projects and the 2010 IPENZ Arthur Mead Award for the Environment and Sustainability).
