Gulf Harbour Development

As marina/subdivision development on the Whangaparoe Peninsula, this project required intricate works programming to overcome site stability issues through the construction of shear-keys.

Other aspects of the scope of works included stormwater retention pond, earthworks and excavations, trench construction and extensive drainage works.
