Hobsonville Subdivision – Buckley Precinct

A V Jennings engaged Dempsey Wood to undertake the civil works package on Stage 1 of this high-profile residential subdivision situated on a 12ha site in Hobsonville.

Structural construction on this project included a children's playground, wastewater pump station and underground holding tank, and stormwater pond with associated concrete weir and inlet structures.
