Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Facility
Dempsey Wood was retained by Fisher & Paykel as their Principal Civil Works Contractor on the three respective stages of the development of their healthcare facility.
Key aspects of the scope of works included earthworks, roading, carparking, stormwater and sewer drainage, multiple duct reticulation, construction of retaining walls, foundations and a stormwater pond.
